Surrey Power Machines of Claygate in Surrey has been appointed exclusive importer of the Farmtrac tractor range for the UK and Ireland.
The company, which was the official importer for South Korean-built TYM tractors until earlier this year, will sell the Farmtrac range through its existing dealer network, and is also currently seeking further outlets for the tractors.
Farmtrac is based in Poland, although the company is owned by Escorts, which is India’s third largest tractor manufacturer. The brand’s offering extends from compact two-wheel-drive tractors with 33.5hp to four-wheel-drive 110hp models. The tractors are mechanical in nature and use proven components including Perkins engines, ZF transmissions and Carraro axles.
Farmtrac began production in Poland in 2000 and the company is now the largest manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the country.https://farmtrac.pl/
