Same Deutz-Fahr has appointed former Agco dealer Bruce Hopkins Ltd as the manufacturer’s new Deutz-Fahr dealer in the West Midlands from its branches at Shenington Airfield on the Oxfordshire / Warwickshire border and at Hinckley in Leicestershire.
The area covered by the Shenington branch includes Brackley, Warwick and Stow-on-the-Wold, while the Hinckley branch will cover the Staffordshire, Burton on Trent and Sutton Coldfield area.
Bruce Hopkins Ltd started trading in 1969 at Shenington Airfield and established its second branch at Hinckley in 2001. Both branches will be marketing the Deutz-Fahr tractor brand.
Heading up the company is managing director Bruce Hopkins who says he is looking forward to marketing not only the Deutz-Fahr tractor range, but also the line-up of Deutz-Fahr 60 Series combine harvesters and Agrovector telehandlers.
“There’s no doubt that Deutz-Fahr tractors are well engineered, well styled and have a good reputation throughout the industry for reliability,” he said. “With the recent inclusion of an increasing number of TTV models to the range, there’s a tractor to meet the requirements of all our farmer and contractor customers.
“It’s also good to have the backing and support of a major tractor manufacturer that has both the quality of product and the caring for its customers’ needs.”
