Amazone launched the ZA-TS Ultra Profis Hydro at Cereals 2013, but with a 4,200-litre hopper capacity it’s a bit big for some producers. Therefore, Cereals 2014 saw the company unveil the new smaller ZA-TS Super.
With hopper sizes of either 2,700 or 3,200 litres and a maximum payload of 3,200kg, the Super has a maximum spreading width of 36m using the TS 1 or TS 2 spreading system.
The spreader features a manually activated roll-over cover is manually actuated. Control is still Isobus only and half-side automatic headland shut-off is offered on the mechanical PTO-driven Profis spreaders or the eight-section system on the hydraulically-driven models.
The twin weigh-cell system and tilt sensor from the ZA-TS Ultra is still featured on the Super.
