Ritchie will unveil a new, larger version of its Traileyre bale carrier at the 2011 Lamma Show.
The prototype machine has been designed to carry 20 round bales or 10 large square bales.
The bales are spiked, swung into the trailer frame and loaded above each other by means of the tractor hydraulics.
The new 20-round-bale unit increases bale-handling capacity by 66 per cent compared to the existing six big square bales/12 round bales unit.
Ritchie staff will be judging the demand for the larger unit prior to commencing manufacturing.
