BKT’s V-Flexa range of advanced radial tyres designed for agricultural trailers is expanding with three new sizes – the VF 600/65R26.5, VF 650/55R26.5 and VF 560/60R22.5 – that are available now.
The new sizes join the existing VF 600/55R26.5 that was already on the market.
The tyres have been developed to help prevent soil damage. BKT’s very high flexion (VF) technology allows the tyre to transport 40 per cent more weight at the same air pressure as a standard tyre, or the same weight at lower pressures.
First seen at Agritechnica 2019, the V-Flexa is a radial tyre dedicated to agricultural trailers. This latest-generation flotation product features a tread with three belt layers in heavy duty steel that provides greater strength to the casing and hence resistance against damage.
Its extra-large tyreprint enables perfect load distribution, allowing it to operate delicately on the land, thus avoiding soil compaction and so maintaining the value of crops. Self-cleaning, durability and low rolling resistance complete the qualities that characterise the tyres in this extended range.
