Dairy Spares has extended its range of dump buckets with the introduction of the Vaccar dump bucket that has a non-return valve built into the lid.
This feature prevents milk being sucked back into the vacuum pump in the event of an overflow, thereby safeguarding milk quality. This is a feature now being stipulated by some milk buyers.
The Vaccar dump bucket is made of stainless steel and holds 30 litres. The lid is designed to stay on the bucket even when not under vacuum, making it easier to handle.
The Vaccar dump bucket costs £150+VAT (correct at September 2018).
