New Holland has introduced new engines and its industry leading EcoBlue HI-eSCR Stage IV technology to the four top models of its CR combine range that now offers more power than ever.
The flagship CR10.90 is equipped with the Diesel Engine of the Year 2014 Cursor 16, that delivers a massive 652hp and features common-rail technology for precise fuelling and outstandingly responsive performance, resulting in consistently high productivity in all field conditions.
The CR8.90, meanwhile, mounts a new Cursor 11 engine, that positions this model at the same power level as the previous generation’s CR9.80.
The new CR range offers the best of New Holland’s harvesting technologies: Twin Pitch Rotors, Dynamic Feed Roll, SmartTrax rubber tracks and Terraglide suspension technologies – all working together to deliver the very best performance. All this is coupled with the Harvest Suite Ultra cab that redefines harvesting comfort.
And with the capacity and performance of the CR10.90 you enter an entirely new harvesting dimension. The CR10.90 made this point with panache in August 2014 at Wragby, Leicestershire, when it smashed the record for the most wheat harvested in eight hours. To set the new record it harvested 797.656t of wheat in less than eight hours, with peak capacity of 135t/hour in real-world conditions.
