A lightweight, cost-sensitive mounted mower conditioner with high output potential – the Extra 632T Farmer – has joined the Vicon Extra range for 2015.
This latest mower sits above the existing 2.8m range-topper and offers a 3.2m working width from its eight-disc, three-blades/disc construction. This additional model gets a nylon tine conditioner, which contributes to keeping overall machine weight low.
Conditioning performance for the 632T Farmer is enhanced by offering two conditioner rotor speeds. By swapping the drive pulleys, rotor speeds of 600rpm or 900rpm can be achieved, to vary conditioning intensity from the rigidly mounted nylon tines.
To maintain compact transport dimensions, the Extra 632T Farmer benefits from a 125-degree vertical folding transport solution to keep mower weight close to the tractor. This enhances on-road stability and contributes to overall manoeuvrability when negotiating field gateways.
Key features of the 632T Farmer include a non-stop safety break-away system and centre-mount suspension – both aimed at maximising in field performance and productivity.
