The Popular wellington boot brands Border Original and Grampian – that are both now marketed and distributed by Dairy Spares – are now available again in country stores.
The Border Original is a green boot with a honey-coloured sole that has a unique deep-cleated design for extra grip. It’s lightweight and has a foot arch support. The recommended retail prices is £13.33+VAT for adult boots up to size 14 (correct at February 2015) .
The Grampian wellington is available in black or green in two different models – a non-safety and safety versions, both with a slip-resistant sole. The safety version has a steel toe cap and mid sole. The recommended retail prices are £16.95+VAT for the non-safety model and £21.95 for the safety model. A white Grampian is also available with a steel toe cap only. Its recommended retail price is £19.95.
