Horsch has announced the new generation of Joker RT trailed compact disc harrow with a new design for increased flexibility.
Available in 5m and 6m working widths, the Joker RT features a DiscSystem with 52cm discs as before, but their arrangement has been changed for improved operation.
The discs are serrated for aggressive working and a good penetration of the soil, and their position has been optimised improve working quality. The discs are arranged in pairs on the suspension, providing a large clearance for harvest residues and are equipped with a maintenance-free, well-proven and solid bearing. The soil adaption and the stone protection of the Joker RT are carried out via well-proven rubber bearings.
Customers can choose additional tools in front of the discs, like a knife roller or a Crossbar. The Joker RT can also now be equipped with a wide range of single or double packers.
The transport chassis is located behind the packer and allows for safe road transport. The design guarantees a smooth running of the machine in the field, too.
