VF-Venieri: First wheeled loader for the agricultural Market

Italian manufacturer VF-Venieri attended Agritechnica at Hanover this year to launch its new 8.63TL, which is the company’s first telescopic wheeled loader designed specifically for the agricultural market. With an operating weight of 8,200 kg, the machine can lift 3,200kg to 5.25m.

It’s the first loader built by the firm not to use a high-pressure hydrostatic transmission; it’s fitted instead with the Venieri Electronic Power-shift (VEPS). The presence of six forward and three reverse gears, along with full electronic transmission management, have been judged to be more suitable for the agricultural market.

The loader is powered by a 3.6-litre, four-cylinder Deutz TCD engine rated at 136hp at 2,200rpm. The electronically optimised torque and power curves allows for a significant reduction in fuel consumption.

VF-Venieri’s new 8.63TL wheeled loader has a 136hp Deutz engine.

The engine conforms to the Stage IV emissions standard using exhaust gas recirculation, selective catalytic reductio  and a diesel oxidation catalyst.

The hydraulic system follows the VF-Venieri philosophy of robustness, dynamism and controlability. The maximum capacity of 140 lit/min is delivered by a gear pump that serves a load-sensing distributor: this maintains controllability and simultaneous movements without losing the fundamental responsiveness needed in agricultural applications.

The cab, along with the general design, provides maximum visibility without compromising on comfort. ROPS and FOPS approved, the cab is claimed to have the largest internal volume of any loader in this category without increasing total external dimensions of the machine.

This new telescopic wheeled loader expected to plays a key role in the development of the VF-Venieri range and the manufacturer’s presence in the agricultural market, which is turning more and more to this type of machine.
