Krone UK has restructured its dealer network to reflect a growing confidence in its entire product range and increased optimism for the future growth opportunities in the UK post Brexit.
Dormant dealer contracts and those not focused on the Krone brand have been terminated and replaced with new dealers, including: BRM Ltd, Northallerton, North Yorkshire (www.brianrobinson.co.uk); Pontesbury Tractors Ltd, Shrewsbury, Shropshire (www.pontesburytractors.com); J W Agri Services Ltd, Bristol (www.jwagriservices.com); CJ Cox Ltd, Sturminster Newton, Dorset (www.cjcox.co.uk); and PGF Agri Ltd, Anglesey, North Wales (www.pgfagri.co.uk).
Turnover for the grassland and forage manufacturer has increased by about 13 per cent between 2015-2016 and 2017 from £19.6m to £21.9m – which is the second highest turnover since trading began.
High density balers and forage wagons in particular have seen a significant jump in sales, while spare parts turnover has also increased to nearly 14 per cent of company turnover.
