Siloking revealed its new Bedding Belt, which is available on models from its TrailedLine range, at EuroTier 2016.
The development means feed discharge and precise long-distance bedding of cubicle beds and livestock houses is now possible with a single machine. With no special setting-up required, and easy controls, this can also lead to considerable savings in working time.
Control of the bedding belt is carried out hydraulically, or optionally electro-hydraulically via Siloking’s Data E control system. The intuitive controls makes it possible to fold the Bedding Belt in and out for passing by any obstacles.
Available only on machines equipped with a cross conveyor belt, the bedding belt is made from robust, long-life PVC with hard plastic slats that provide precise bedding results. The unit can be swung under the cross conveyor belt, which means the vehicle width isn’t changed, and the angle and the speed of the belt can be adapted through the hydraulic drive.
