Hardwick Agricultural Engineers Ltd has been appointed as a new main dealer for Kuhn Farm Machinery in North Yorkshire.
Based at Brompton-by-Sawdon, between Pickering and Scarborough on the main A170, the company has been supplying and serving machinery to the region’s farmers for over 25 years.
With a second branch at Long Marston, near York, which is run in partnership with Richard Burniston, Hardwick Agricultural Engineers is well positioned to provide full sales and servicing support to the region’s livestock and arable farmers.
“We’re extremely pleased to be working with Hardwick Agricultural Engineers,” Kuhn’s UK sales manager, Duncan McLeish, said. “Their professional approach to customer service, extensive expertise of the farming sector and passion for the industry make them the ideal partner for Kuhn in North Yorkshire.
“We look forward to working closely with them and to developing strong ties with customers within their sales territory.”
Eric Hardwick of Hardwick Agricultural Engineers said he was proud of the company’s association with Kuhn Farm Machinery.
“We’re pleased to be able to offer such a well established brand to our customers,” he added. “Kuhn’s comprehensive range of equipment includes cultivation, seed drilling and spraying machinery as well as fertiliser spreaders and other grassland equipment including balers, wrappers and bedding and feeding machines. As such, the range is entirely relevant to the farming community of North Yorkshire and is the ideal complement to our other brands.”
