Vicon has appointed JA Bloor Agricultural Services to expand its dealer network in Staffordshire.
Centrally located between the M6 and M1 motorways, at Overton Farm, Hollington near Uttoxeter, the former agricultural engineering business has become a fully-fledged dealership handling Vicon equipment alongside Landini tractors.
The acquisition of the Vicon franchise, which includes a full line-up of grass machinery, fertiliser spreaders, sprayers and precision farming equipment, is the culmination of plans to expand the established business of refurbishing and supplying used equipment.
As a result, owner Jason Bloor and his team have put a lot of time and energy into expanding and improving premises at Overton Farm to include a new showroom, spare parts department and extensive workshop facilities.
With a lifelong interest in farm machinery, and still actively farming himself, Jason Bloor provides a hands-on, practical service along with years of experience and knowledge to understand his customers’ needs.
