Turkish manufacturer Alpler seeks UK agent

Alpler Agricultural Machinery, which is based at the city of Aydin, near Turkey’s west coast, is looking for a UK importer to help it develop a new market for its cultivation machinery.

Founded in 1926, Alpler already exports its products to 67 countries worldwide. It has four factories employing 410 staff, and offers a two-year guarantee on everything it sells.

One of Turkey’s largest agricultural machinery manufacturers, Alpler claims to be the only company in its field that manufactures all the parts and raw materials for its finished products in its own premises, and it even applies heat treatments at its modern facilities.

The Alpler range also includes conventional ploughs of all types and sizes.

The business has remained in private hands since it was formed and is now in its third generation of ownership by the Özalp family.

Great importance is attached to integration with worldwide advanced production technologies and research to satisfy market needs. Much of the fabrication work involves the use of robot welders and CNC machining, enabling a high degree of quality assurance to be maintained during production. Additionally Alpler conducts its operations in compliance with the technical requirements of the European Union, and has been operating under the ISO 9001 quality system since 2004.
