A new grassland and arable sub-soiler that relieves compaction, aids drainage, and delivers an improved crop yield has just been unveiled by Twose.
The machine is available in 2.5m and 3.0m working widths and comes with a wealth of configuration options to ensure customers can create the ideal machine to meet their needs.
The key features include: a choice of two, three, or five legs; a choice of plain or packer rollers; working depths of up to 43cm; easily adjustable leg depth; legs made from super-strength heat–treated boron steel; a choice of shear bolt legs or hydraulic trip legs; optional grassland configuration; adjustable leg spacing; 457mmdisc diameter; optional 457mm flat grass land roller; and optional 457mm rear packer roller with 80mm teethfor more aggressive arable use.
The new sub-soiler is extremely robust and features a straightforward design that enables easymaintenance and fast, simple height adjustment.
Twose director of sales and marketing Tim Coleridge said the new machine would deliver exceptional sub-soil conditioning, in a robust package, at a great price.
“In a single pass the new subsoiler will relieve compaction; improve drainage; consolidate and aerate the surface; remove vegetation debris and create an environment that is ideal for grass and crop growth,” he said.
