Sutterton, Lincolnshire-based Burdens Group has been appointed a New Holland main dealer.
Earlier this year it was announced that the company would lose its John Deere franchise, and the switch to New Holland came the day after the contract with Deere ended on October 31, 2011.
Burdens Group has been established for more than 40 years and has three depots in Lincolnshire, with premises at Wrangle and North Kyme as well as its Sutterton base. The company will supply the full range of New Holland agricultural and groundscare equipment.
Burden Group’s managing director Norman Burden said the new partnership with New Holland was an exciting new chapter for the group that would enable it to continue to meet the needs of its customers.
