New Holland has joined forces with Lynx Engineering in the UK to help customers create the perfect marriage of tractor and front loader.
The new relationship between the tractor manufacturers and the importer of Stoll front loaders means that the process of fitting a tractor with a loader will be streamlined and simplified and, for the first time, will offer a one-stop front loader shop for New Holland customers.
New Holland has been a supplier of Stoll loaders for about six years, New Holland parts and service sales and marketing manager Roger Wahl said, adding that forging this closer link with Lynx Engineering meant the company would be able to offer a much wider range of parts, technical support and a far more convenient ordering procedure through the dealer network.
“Combining our tractor expertise with Lynx’s loader expertise will mean that the whole process of fitting out a tractor will be more flexible and more convenient,” he said. “We tell Lynx which tractor the customer has and what the machine is going to be used for. Based on that information Lynx can give us the exact specification and price, as well as advising us on the right bracket kits, so the loader may also be used on other tractor brands.”
Lynx Engineering managing director Nick Ewbank said his company had been dealing in Stoll front loaders for 14 years.
“Because we know the Stoll front loaders so well, we will be able to come in right at the beginning of the deal and find out from the New Holland dealer what is required,” he said. “With that information we can quickly identify exactly the right loader kit – not separate parts – but the whole loader. We order it, deliver it to the dealer and take care of the warranty too.
“We’re really looking forward to this business relationship with New Holland. Many of our area managers already have extensive experience in the field, having worked in tractor dealerships themselves, so they understand the need for expert advice and accurate specification.”
