Stronga: Innovative PushLoada doesn’t need to tip

As part of Stronga’s continual innovation in bulk transport technology the company has developed and built the PushLoada PL750, a modern high-capacity universal farm trailer suited for transporting all agricultural bulk goods. Featuring ejector-type unloading, the new trailer is said to offer a number of real advantages over traditional bulk tipping trailers.
The PushLoada PL750 comes a standard with a capacity of 30 cubic metres, although this can be increased to 40 cubic metres for silage and other bulky materials by adding optional 600mm high side extensions.
The PushLoada’s design with a powerful horizontal multistage hydraulic cylinder and strong body means operators can increase the capacity of the trailer dramatically using a compression cycle. Depending on the material being carried and its moisture content, compression with the unloading blade during loading can dramatically increase the trailers capacity. This improves efficiency for customers by reducing the number of loads.
The PushLoada concept also allows operators to empty a large-capacity modern trailer in low buildings where using a traditional tipping trailer would be impossible. Improved unloading stability is another benefit, allowing safe unloading on uneven surfaces where a conventional tipping trailer would struggle.
The PushLoada emptying process is especially useful in silage operations where you can back up onto the clamp and drive forward while pushing off the silage into the correct area for consolidation. This saves time as well as reducing fuel cost and wear on your loader.

The PushLoada’s uses a powerful horizontal multi-stage hydraulic cylinder to empty the trailer.

Ideal for hauling fine materials, the rear door has a high-quality double-D rubber seal fitted. It is also self-locking, improving safety and peace of mind, and opens high and wide for ease of unloading even with fully heaped materials.
Stronga’s PushLoada’s are fitted with a PTO-powered pump and independent hydraulic system for fast, controlled compression cycles and unloading performance with no risk of oil contamination between tractors and no reliance on the tractors oil capacity.
A hydraulic tailgate with grain chute allows controlled emptying into hoppers. The tailgate can also be fitted with a high-capacity transfer auger for converting the trailer into a grain chaser for maximum grain transport efficiency.
To keep up with today’s high-speed tractors, and in line with all Stronga trailers, the PushLoada comes with multi-leaf parabolic high-speed running gear fitted as standard. Air suspension systems are also available.
To ensure good manoeuvrability PushLoada trailers are fitted with free-steering axles as standard, while positive-steering axles are also available if required. As well as aiding in moving the trailer, steering axles also reduce tyre scrub meaning longer life and reduced maintenance.
To provide safe stopping, air brakes are fitted as standard, but dual and hydraulic brake systems, as well as load-sensing valves, are available on request.
