The brand new Kioti UTV utility vehicle made its debut UK appearance at Lamma 2010.
Imported into the UK by Reco, the UTV has a 22hp, three-cylinder diesel engine with a dual-range CVT transmission system. The machine offers selectable four-wheel drive in conjunction with a limited slip front differential, plus the ability to lock the rear differential when ground conditions get tough. The machine has a top speed of 40km/hr, 12-inch ground clearance and hydraulic disc brakes all round.
The high-sided tipping cargo box with 500kg capacity and rear hitch with a towing capacity of 590kg make the UTV perfect for almost any application around the farm.
The four-wheel drive and locking rear differential makes driving in wet, hilly conditions a breeze, while the high ground clearance enables you to drive almost anywhere. The machine comes fitted with a four-post roll-over protection bar and plastic canopy. This is ideal for providing shade on a hot summer’s day and also for keeping off any light rain showers. For harsher weather conditions, detachable front and rear screens and side doors can be fitted to protect the driver.
Optional extras including front winch, front hitch and hydraulic tip are available to increase the versatility of the UTV even further.
Currently available in the signature Kioti orange colour, a camouflage option is planned to be available in late 2010, along with an EC homologated version to enable you to drive it legally on the road.
The UTV joins the established range of 22-90hp compact tractors from the Korean manufacturer.
