Knight Farm Machinery’s mid-sized SC will get its first show outing at Cereals 2009.
With its four tool-beams, the SC model fills the gap between the compact M-Press and the larger C-Press. The design allows a wide variety of soil-working elements to be used and changed quickly and easily. Tools available include front rollers for accurate depth control, rigid tines, spring tines, disc modules, Dutch levelling tines and deep loosening tines with shear-bolt protection.
Discs are individually rubber-mounted for shock absorption, and the tines are available with a wide choice of Speed-Loc quick-change points. Behind the soil-working elements are two rows of 700mm-diameter shouldered segmented rings.
