New Holland: 700TL front loaders launched

New Holland’s popular FL loaders have been upgraded with the introduction of the 700TL, a brand new design that improves performance and productivity when fitted to T5000 and T6000 tractors.
The new range comprises four models, all available in non-self-levelling and mechanical-self-levelling versions for tractors from 70-140hp. This offering has a range of new features that allows users even greater comfort and performance. Among the numerous improvements, there’s a 10% higher reaching capacity and the choice of blue or black colour option (with silver hydraulic rams). All of the loader’s key components have been designed for greater visibility and robustness plus easier use and maintenance.
TL loaders are fitted with a new mechanical parallelogram – the new Z-kinematik system: placing the rods inside the loader booms (patented design), instead of being as previously located on top of the boom, allowing a much better visibility for the operator.
Mechanical-self-levelling loaders allow at ground level an extra 63mm residual travel in the tilt arm, which, when the boom is raised, enables an extra 24-degree scoop. This minimises losses from the lip of the bucket.
The ease of use of attachments makes an essential contribution to productivity all day long, improves safety through better visibility and reduces fatigue. Hydraulic components are housed under the frame, protected by a U-shaped cover, where they remain easily accessible for maintenance.
The TL loaders feature a new Comfort Drive suspension that improves comfort without diminishing visibility thanks to a more compact shock absorber accumulator. Capacity is multiplied for greater reliability. Due to its shape, the accumulator can be positioned inside the chassis cross member without reducing visibility.
The tilt cylinders possess the same power in both directions and therefore move at the same speed. They also have a quick off-loading function that connects the two chambers in the cylinder. The more weight there is in the bucket, the higher the off-loading speed. The use of this function is independent of the tractor’s hydraulic flow rate.
The loader is coupled to the tractor by Easylock, a safe quick-fit connection. The loader’s Varipark stands can be deployed in just a few seconds and remain attached to the loader.
By equipping the new T5000 and T6000 tractors in the factory with purpose-designed side frames, rear axle supports, grill guard, joystick, quick fit couplings and connectors, customers are guaranteed the best possible integration of the loader on the tractor. Dealers can take care of fitting the boom and attachments during the PDI inspection prior to delivery.
This new range is fully compatible with older models (the side members are the same width), which means the new loaders can also be retrofitted to existing tractors.
