Cousins of Emneth revealed its new Free Space cultivator at Lamma 2009.
The new machine permits simple adjustment to tine spacing and a consistent tine pattern for free-flowing operation without blockage zones.
The cultivator features S tines fitted at 150mm spacing as standard, but these can be reset in minutes to suit alternative spacing. There is a choice of trailed and mounted models, with the trailed versions having over-sized depth control wheels.
Depth selection is by a simple positive stop system.
A level finish is ensured by a rear Reekie-style tine section.
Linkage-mounted models are available at 5-7m wide, while the trailed models have working widths from 6-8m.
The cultivators’ hydraulically folding wings lock at 3m wide for transport.
